If a child is in immediate danger, call 999. Staff should follow their organisation's safeguarding procedures and speak to their designated safeguarding lead. Please never send us a child's name or details about a child.

We reply on working days, within 48 working hours. ScreenMinded is for adults aged 18 and over.

Buying a package
Online purchasing is opening soon. Until then, email info@screenminded.co.uk with the package you need and we will arrange payment, set up your access and send your links. See the packages.
If your link doesn't work
If your link came from your school or setting, ask them for an up-to-date one: they can create a new link straight away. If you bought ScreenMinded directly, email support.
Worried about a child?
- Immediate danger: call 999.
- Not an emergency but you need the police: call 101.
- Advice if you are worried about a child: the NSPCC helpline, 0808 800 5000 (10am–4pm, Monday to Friday), or email help@nspcc.org.uk.
- Concerns about online sexual abuse or grooming: CEOP Safety Centre.
- Children and young people can talk to Childline free on 0800 1111, 24 hours a day.
